Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP)

Every staff member who holds a 5 year license must maintain an IPDP for each licensure cycle.*

*The following people are not required to have an IPDP: permanent certificate holders, Resident Educators, long term sbstitutes, and those designated as Consistently High Performing.

Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC)

The purpose of the Rittman LPDC is to review course work and other professional development activities completed by educators within the distict that are used for the renewal of certificates and licenses. The approval of the LPDC is required and is part of the online renewal process through the Ohio Department of Education.
